The engine code is the important one — it is stamped on the block and printed on the VIN sticker or the service book.

Make, model, engine code and roughly what it has covered. Unknown mileage is fine, just say so.

Seized, knocked, overheated, cambelt — and whether it was running when it came out.

Complete with ancillaries, part stripped, or a bare block. Photos answer this faster than words.

Where it is
A postcode. If it is on a pallet or an engine stand, tell us — it helps us plan the lift.
